Activity Introduction
To implement green finance and ESG sustainable investment and financing, Taiwan Business Bank has hosted the syndicated loan project for the Hengs Technology and signed on the 28th successfully. The main purpose of this syndicated loan is to repay the outstanding credit balance from the 2017 syndicated loan, enhance operations and working capital for material procurement, and handle related funds for accounts receivable guarantees. With active participation from banks including Hua Nan Commercial Bank, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Agricultural Bank of Taiwan, Cathay United Bank, KGI Bank, Bank of Kaohsiung, Taichung Commercial Bank, and Bank of Taiwan, the syndicated loan was oversubscribed by 145% and ultimately closed at 2.5 billion NT dollars, showcasing the banking consortium's strong recognition of practicing green finance.
